3. Enter your Lebanese credit or debit card information and click or press submit - You should be good to go!
4. If your payment is successful, you'll receive two confirmation emails; one for the booking reservations and one receipt for your online payment - You can directly contact the host on the platform by pressing on the Letter icon on your reservation details page.

How to confirm your reservation in 4 easy steps:

1. Find the email we sent you titled "Reservation Request Confirmed on Ajar - Pay Now".
2. Take note of the "Reservation ID" and "Amount to Pay".
3. Go to any WHISH agent and pay the "Amount to Pay". Specify that the account you are transferring the money to is an SME account with the following ID: 161013.
4. We'll confirm your reservation on the same day & you're good to go!

• How much is the WHISH Transfer fees?
  • WHISH does not charge any transaction fee when transferring in LBP inside Lebanon.

• Can I get a refund when paying through WHISH?
  • Yes. If you are eligible for a refund according to the host's cancellation policy Ajar will refund you through WHISH based on the cancellation policy at the time of the reservation.

How to confirm your reservation in 6 easy steps:

2. Take note of the "Reservation ID" and "Amount to Pay".
3. Contact us on Ajar WhatsApp Services to grant you the name of the beneficiary.
4. Go to OMT and pay the "Amount to Pay" and the OMT transfer fees in the name of the beneficiary granted in step 3.
5. Send us your OMT receipt on [email protected] or on Whatsapp +961 76 442 460.
6. We'll confirm your reservation on the same day & you're good to go!

OMT Frequently asked questions

• Who should pay the OMT Transfer fees?
  • It is up to the guest to pay for the OMT fees. Ajar and the host cannot accept reservations if the transfer fees were not paid. We encourage our guests to book using a debit/credit card because there are no transfer fees.

• Can I get a refund when paying through OMT?
  • Yes. If you are eligible for a refund according to the host's cancellation policy Ajar will refund you through OMT. Transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. We can also refund you through the Whish App at lower fees.
