- Considering it your own home and maintaining it in good shape

- While no smoking restriction when enjoying the outdoor area, heavy smoking inside the guesthouse (including cigarettes, cigars, arguileh (shisha) is not allowed.

- Optimizing the fuel consumption mainly in cold days, and the use of electric power and fuel when using AC's in summer time, heating system and boilers.

- Keeping the neighborhood in mind by controlling loud noises after 11:30 pm when outside

- Keeping the main gate closed for safety and privacy purposes

- Respecting the separation between the guest and host houses is highly appreciated.

- Making sure you don’t forget anything in the house at checkout as it might be difficult to deliver it back to you.

- In case you’re bringing your pet, kindly take care of its cleanliness and make sure to avoid the swimming pool.

- while 2 guests could be the maximum number of guests during low season, in high season 8 guests is the strict maximum capacity of the full house allowing them to enjoy the beauty of an unpacked space.

- For hygene purposes, guests are advised not to get in the pool in cloth but only when wearing swim suits.

- Note that Check in time should not be before 12:00 noon, as for the check out time not after 12:00 noon for logistic purposes.

- Check in takes place the day following the check out of a leaving guest (not on the same day) for sanitizing purposes.

In the control electric board in the kitchen 2 switches are marked:
1) the first when turned on provides electrically hot water in summer time
2) the second when on can activate a diesel heater during winter time

Diesel fuel and water delivered by tanks as well as the village generators'

Other than the main entrance, the apartment has a private 3 steps entrance from the Terrace side

Tips about the use of the solar system
Dear guests
To secure the maximum efficiency out of our 10 amp solar system with its 4 lead-acid (200 amp-hr) batteries, it is advisable to follow the following points:
1) operate the high power electric appliances (kettle, espresso machine, microwave, iron, hairdryer, full-automatic washer & boiler) one at a time during daytime between 8:00 am till 4:00 pm at most in summer or from 9:00 till 3:00 pm in winter.
2) the lighting system/TV should be switched off when leaving any room
3) a fan was installed in each bedroom to substitute the AC in Dhour Choueir characterized by its agreeable cool weather in Summer time.
4) when using the bedroom AC, one should not forget to close the door of the room to be able to enjoy cool air.
5) in case of a noticeable discharge of the batteries after sunset, it is advisable to put the refrigerator off from midnight or even before till the morning.
