About this lodging
As a host, my aim is to ensure that you have a comfortable a stay at Val De Neige Bel Air. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our space.
But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.
- No shoes allowed on the upper floor.
- No pets allowed.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 11 pm.
- No smoking allowed inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- Please wash your dishes after use.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If guests are found to have had a party, they will be financially responsible for extra cleaning costs and noise polluting the valuable peace of our neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
- If anything illegal or subject to racism and misbehavior is suspected, authorities may be engaged and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
- Cleaning fee: LBP400,000 shall be paid to the concierge at Check-out
Lastly, because this is also my home when I stay in Kfardebian, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

Bad experience with host But very nice chalet

Great apartment and great location.
The host is very responsive and helpful. -
Many thanks Wafa for a great stay ! We had an amazing time in Kfardebian by staying at Wafa's chalet which is ideally located, spacious, clean and has a great view on the mountains. The chalet was really clean and tidy when we checked in and the whole process was facilitated by the building's guardian which was very helpful. We will stay at Wafa's chalet again next time we are in the area 🙂
