- Strict: Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking confirmation, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (minus service fee). After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee.

Please note that the garden around the house has to be maintained and irrigated so expect to find people gardening sometimes.
The garden is spacious, so the verandah at the end of the garden is sometimes visited by my family.
ℹ️ NOTES ABOUT WOOD & HEATING
The house is equipped with:
- A wood burning stove
- Indoor fireplace (Cheminée)
- Electric heating blankets for the bedsFire briquettes are provided for FREE for the wood stove inside the house (as being the main heating source). It will be placed in white bags in front of the entrance door along with fire starter.
Firewood for the Fireplace, Pizza oven and Bonfire is sold separately for 200.000 LBP or 25 USD per box - a box (25 kg) will last an evening in the fireplace and bonfire, pizza oven needs 2 boxes.
Mainly the months of November, December, January and March will be the coldest.
IT IS THE GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THE PLACE WARM BY LIGHTING AND FEEDING THE FIRE. IN ADDITION, BEDS ARE EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRIC BLANKETS, MAKE SURE TO PLUG THEM IN AND TURN THE SWITCH ON..

Everything was great! Anthony is an amazing host, who made sure his place was sparkling clean. The place is very cute and cozy. We stay had a memorable time and Anthony gave us all the privacy we needed!
