Located in Jisr el Wati (called SOHO Beirut) this brand new 265 square meters loft is located in the landmark Artist Loft building designed by Bernard Khoury. It features a car elevator that goes up with your car to your apartment if you wish. It faces south. Very bright and sunny with a very nice open view to the city of Beirut. Ceiling height is 4.40 meters. It can be used as an office or an apartment or both at the same time. It is perfect for young professionals and artists. The loft consists of 3 bedrooms  and 1 maid bedroom.

The large open living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, water dispenser and washer/dryer. Free tea and coffee are offered. Free high speed WIFI, 50 Mb download and upload is available in the loft. Two TV sets with cable channels are also available. Smart 58" TV with CableVision, Netflix and YouTube and DVD player.

In addition to the flat's desk and Wifi, there is a co-working area with free internet access in the building for those who would like to work jointly with others or set up meetings.

Private parking for the loft is also available.
