Step 1 - Add a Lodging

Tap on your profile picture (top right) then tap on Add New Lodging.

Step 2 - Describe your Lodging and Accommodation

2.a - Pick a Title and Describe your Place

Make sure to describe your place and its entourage to give Guests an idea of what to expect!

2.b - Tell us More about your Place

Specify the type of the Lodging,  the number of guests it can accommodate and the number of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms etc.

Note: For the number of guests, please include the number of guests who can comfortably sleep at your place - You can later on add information about the number of additional guests and price per additional guest

Step 3 - Set Up Prices

The currency of the Lodging can be set in LBP or USD. Payouts are based on your Lodging currency.

3.a - Set the Nightly Rate & the Weekends Rate

Input the Nightly Rate that applies for weekdays & the Weekends Rate that applies for weekends.

Select the days that should be counted as your weekend. For example, when selecting Saturday and Sunday , the system will apply your Weekends Rate on Saturday night and Sunday night.

3.b - Set the Rates for Longer Term Pricing

Input the Price per Night for when a Guest books your Lodging for 7 + nights.

Input the Price per Night for when a Guest books your Lodging for 30 + nights.

3.c - Set Up Extra Services' Prices

Input prices for any additional services you can provide to your Guest. For example: Breakfast, Heating, Wood etc.

3.d - Set Up Custom Period Prices for Specific Dates

Input prices for special dates and occasions such as New Year's Eve, Christmas, Ramadan etc.

Note that the inputted prices will be applied to the period inclusive of the start and end dates.

Step 4 - Upload Pictures and Select Amenities

4.a - Pick your Best Pictures

Choose your Lodging's best pictures to show to the world! Simply tap on the yellow button Select and Upload.

4.b - Select your Lodging's Features

Select the Amenities and Facilities available at your place. Please let us know if you have a unique feature and we'll be more than happy to add it to the list for you!

Step 5 - Set your Location and House Rules

5.a - Set your Location

Drag and drop the exact location. Your Guests will eventually use it to arrive at your place!

5.b - Set your House Rules

Please set your cancellation policy, min and max days of a booking, check-in & check-out times etc.

Don't forget to write additional rules to your Guests if you have any!
