How to Set Custom Prices for my Lodging?
Whether you want to decrease your prices for a while to attract more guests or increase your prices for a holiday, you have the option to set custom prices that apply for a certain period of time of your choosing without having to change your usual nightly rate. Here is how you can do it:
Step 1
Click or tap on My Lodgings on the top right corner of the homepage
Step 2
Click or tap on the Edit button to update your Lodging
Step 3
Click or tap on Pricing
Step 4
Scroll down to the Setup Custom Period Prices section and input the start date, the end date, the nightly rate, the weekend rate, the price per additional guest and the minimum nights to book during this custom period - Click or tap on the Add Custom Period button when done
Step 5
Scroll down to the Custom Period Prices section and verify your prices
